  • 1 serving Nutricost Electrolytes
  • 3 g creatine
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1/2 serving OWYN Pro Elite protein

  • 12 oz Filtered cold water

Method
 

  1. Add all powders to a small blender starting with the water.
